ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Rafael Villate Mejía did his graduate studies at Stanford University, receiving MSc and MA degrees in Engineering-Economic Planning and Economics (1970 and 1971). He retired in 1995 to dedicate full time to his life-long interest, the study of the human mind, and to conduct private courses and seminars in the areas of creativity, mental development and efficient reading.
